Role Description
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function by delivering impactful product demonstrations and assisting in solution positioning for prospective customers across the APAC region. You will work closely with the sales, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure a seamless and effective pre-sales experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements and business use cases
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand prospect needs and propose appropriate product solutions
• Assist in creating and customizing demo environments and scenarios that highlight key product features
• Support the pre-sales process by addressing functional and basic technical queries from prospects
• Prepare proposals, NDAs, agreements, and other sales-related documentation
• Document customer interactions, demo feedback, and requirements for continuous improvement
• Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback and help improve solution messaging
Responsibilities:
Professional Experience
An MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
Proven track record of supporting B2B sales cycles and delivering effective product demonstrations.
Skills & Tools
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SaaS products, technical integrations, and solution design.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive) and productivity tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
